Transforming communities through holistic wellness, education, and cultural preservation—f

In my experience, when I am holistically well, in grace and in surrender, I consume less. When my mind and body is at ease at optimal vitality, I am full, I even eat less. The only way to conserve nature is to consume less. When we are light on consumption and contemplation, we start to feel the interconnectedness with everything around us.

Shinrin-yoku

Forests heal me almost like my own body cells heal when provided with a soothing, calm, oxygenated environment.  Forest therapy is gaining scientific recognition for its mental and physical health benefits and is supported by a national health program in Japan.

Council of All Beings

Through games, activities and theatre we try to find participatory solutions to pressing environmental issues that impact us. Those that we can influence.

02

Nature Walks

We take our retreat guests for walks near water bodies and forests. We encourage birdwatching and nature treks so that we can fall in love with nature. We rarely destroy that which we love.

Sustainable Leadership

Through our Somatic Leadership forum and Food, Art and Craft exhibitions, we enable sustainable behavior. We understand that changing behviour is what changes structures, whether they are political, corporate, family or our own epigenetic structure that we are trying to change.
